My opinion from is that Korean sheet masks are significantly better and richer in good ingredients than those we can buy in drugstore.

I'm sure atleast some of you would already know this but I'm still sharing this remedies so that those who don't know can use it. Let's get started. Inducing periods -  So the first remedy is to induce periods which means if your periods are getting delayed and you want periods to come, use this remedy. ●Early morning whenever you wake up, on an empty stomach you to have to drink this>>>>>>> Take 1 glass of water, add 1 tbsp of Ajwain or Carom seeds, jaggery powder and then boil it. Strain this mixture and drink it.
