Inducing periods -  So the first remedy is to induce periods which means if your periods are getting delayed and you want periods to come, use this remedy. ●Early morning whenever you wake up, on an empty stomach you to have to drink this>>>>>>> Take 1 glass of water, add 1 tbsp of Ajwain or Carom seeds, jaggery powder and then boil it.
