Detox water is beneficial for cleansing your body and boosting your metabolism. They have become extremely popular as they have many health benefits. They can help with weight loss, improves health of your skin and reduce inflammation. They help to flush away the toxins.
1.Choose 1-2 fruits or vegetables
Strawberry, kiwi, orange, lemon, apple, watermelons, blueberries, ginger, cucumber, pineapple
2. Choose herbs
Mint, parsley, basil, thyme
3. Optional
Cinnamon, chia seeds, honey, apple cider vinegar, black pepper ( these ingredients boosts your drink and gives more authentic flavor which is more healthy)
Procedure :-
For every detox water recipe below, the preparation steps are pretty much the same:
- Drop ingredients in the bottom of a pitcher or fruit infused water bottles or a glass jar.
- Cover with ice about 1/2 way through then fill to top with water. Place in the fridge for 1 hour before serving.
- You can refill the container 2-3 times before it begins to lose flavor.
- Allow to steep overnight in the fridge to release all the flavors.
These detox water recepies don't require much and very easily made. You can try these at your home for the benefits of good health and skin.
